Repair Policy
At our salon, we understand that accidents happen. That's why every service comes with a 7-day warranty policy - so you can rest easy knowing any problems are covered free. Should your gel polish chip or peel off, we will do a touch-up or re-polish to bring it back to the original condition and make sure you're happy. If there is an issue with acrylic nails (e.g., chipping, lifting, breaking), then they'll be happily repaired at no extra cost as well! Note: Color changes, nail shape changes, and new designs require payment for another full set application process as this isn't considered repair work but more so aesthetic change requests instead. We believe in providing the best service and want you to be happy with your manicure/pedicure that lasts long after you leave. So come in, relax, and enjoy your pampering session, knowing it is covered by our 7-day warranty policy!
Refunds, Returns And Exchanges
If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service.
You must arrange an appointment to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service. We will not offer any refund or credit because you have simply changed your mind.
We will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.
As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused.
